Welcome!
This page is for all who are luke warm Christians in need of some studying.
On this page, I will be doing Bible study. It's mostly for myself to get all my thoughts and notes together in one place, but all are welcome. The Bible that I'm using for my study is "NKJV - The Woman's Study Bible"
I always ask the question if I know enough of what I'm supposed to know. Do I know enough for Jesus to be proud? Or am I just blissfully unaware of everything else that needs to be done?
Like many, I am luke warm. I don't study as much as I need to; I don't always do everything Jesus calls us to do, and I regret it every time. I know that many times "life happens" but isn't that just an excuse? The devil hinders our progress every day.
You always hear other people say, "it's not that hard" and "you just need to make time for it". It's so hard to get into the motion of doing so. It's so hard to be motivated when others around us aren't, but sometimes it's US that have to be the motivation for others.
This is page 2 of your introduction chapter.
You can type your first study lesson or greeting information directly right here.
I've been watching some of Bryce Crawford's videos on YouTube and came across his Proverbs series. Although I am having a hard time reading the Bible at least once a day, I found his videos to be helpful. Of course, the excuse of "life happens" still has only gotten me to chapter 10 and technically binged them over 2 days rather than once a day
I have the problem of being motivated of studying 2 days straight to not studying for like a month. I often wonder if I have enough of the holy spirit and that's why I am not feeling starved for spirituality, but that also doesn't make sense.. I'm literally just eating enough to satisfy me, but not enough to satisfy God. Like a chef who cooks for people to enjoy his food, God is providing spiritual food, but we sometimes think "I need to watch my figure". We don't. We can never over eat God's words. There is always a new taste that we've missed. It's always been there, but now our taste buds have realized this new flavour.
The text naturally wraps, and the buttons stay glued right beneath this line.
